When your body feels overwhelmed, it needs space to soften.
My work has naturally evolved into a more whole-body, nervous system-informed approach.
I work with a blend of myofascial release, holistic pulsing, fascial unwinding, and massage, adapting each session to support what your body needs in the moment.
Some sessions focus on easing physical tension and improving movement. Others support deep rest and nervous system regulation. At times, the body moves into deeper layers of release and reconnection.
No two sessions are the same, because no two bodies are the same.
