Cancellation Policy

Massage with M has a cancellation policy to respect the time allocated, and give the therapist enough time to potentially fill the spot. Please be mindful that we are a small local business, and this is our income, which can be greatly affected by last minute cancellations.

Please where possible give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or postpone your appointment to a different date and time, to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost. The full treatment cost may be charged if less than 8 hours notice is given, this is at the owners discretion.

 

Transfer Appointment?

1. You are able to transfer your appointment to someone else you know if you are unable to make the appointment, as long as they are happy to pay for the appointment.

2. If you wish to rebook your future appointment time at the time of postponing, this will be taken into consideration, to avoid cancellation fees.

Booked through Fresha?

If first time booking through the Fresha booking system (this is also linked to the BOOK NOW when you click on services or any book now buttons on the www.massagewithm.co.nz website), there will be a non-refundable fee of $25. Massage with M will soon have facility to receive bookings directly through the Massage with M website instead.
